Custom Products – No Returns or Refunds
All orders placed on our website are considered custom or made-to-order products. Once production has begun, these items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to the fast turnaround of our production process:
